WHAT'S MY STORY?

At the heart of everything I do is a deep desire to express myself authentically—and to help others do the same.

That calling was born from growing up feeling unseen, like my voice was too loud, my presence too much, and my truth something to hide.

I internalized shame, self-doubt, and the belief that I didn’t belong. For years, I struggled under the weight of anxiety, self-sabotage, and a gnawing sense of defectiveness.

I longed for connection but often feared it just as much.

A surprising turning point came when a friend nudged me into an acting class. I didn’t expect that booking a role in A Midsummer Night’s Dream would spark something much deeper.

Acting gave me permission to express. It challenged me to explore parts of myself life had taught me to suppress. It connected me with others who celebrated uniqueness—and it became a catalyst for transformation.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve been on a path of bold, authentic self-expression, combining acting, voice work, mindset training, and deep personal development.

Along the way, I discovered how powerful storytelling, presence, and emotional truth can be—not just on stage, but in life and leadership.

Now, I work with executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs to build their leadership presence.

I help them embody their message, connect deeply with audiences, and show up powerfully in their mission. When people align with their voice, truth, and presence, they create more impact—and more connection.
